I knew Tracey through my friendship with Gemma and my memory of her will always be her warm, welcoming nature, and also how she encouraged others to live life to the full (like when she’d cut our hair and insist we only pay £5 so that we could use the rest of our money towards a fun night out). I’m heartbroken for the Birchall family, but know that her legacy will live on through all of them. Thinking of you all at this time & we are here to support you. From Becky, Alex & family <3
